PURPOSE: A nano bubble generator with a hydroacoustic oscillating element is provided to prevent overload and malfunction of a circulating pump by preventing idling of the circulation pump.CONSTITUTION: A nano bubble generator with a hydroacoustic oscillating element comprises a main body(100), a liquid suction part(110), a circulating pump(120), a gas-liquid mixing tube(130), a pressure tank(140), a water tank(160), a gas-liquid exhaust tube(170), and a nano bubble jetting head assembly(200). In the main body a space is formed. The liquid suction part is formed in a lower part of the main body. The circulating pump sucks water through a liquid suction part. The gas-liquid mixing tube is installed in a connection part of the circulating pump and the liquid suction part. The pressure tank connects to the circulating pump through a gas-liquid transfer tube. The water tank supplies a constant amount of water to the circulating pump. The gas-liquid exhaust tube is connected to the pressure tank. The nano bubble jetting head assembly is connected to the gas-liquid exhaust tube for generating nano bubbles. An electronic controller is installed in a middle of a suction hose.
