PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metabolic syndrome-improving composition capable of being ingested daily, simply and safely, and excellent in improving effects.SOLUTION: This metabolic syndrome-improving composition contains a lactic acid-fermented material of grapes as an active ingredient. The lactic acid-fermented material is preferably obtained by fermenting the grapes with lactobacilli at least containing Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus brevis. Also, it is preferable to use the seeds and/or pericarp of the grapes as raw materials.
