PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily drawing a longitudinal cross-section of a blood vessel indwelling needle or a block needle by using a medical ultrasonic diagnostic device.SOLUTION: A laser irradiation device 10 for drawing a straight line is attached to a probe of a medical ultrasonic diagnostic device, and the straight line drawn with laser irradiation is set so as to be overlapped on a midline of an ultrasonic probe side surface and an extended line connecting midlines of the ultrasonic probe side surfaces. The implantation position of the needle is near the probe on the midline of the ultrasonic probe side surface. When the needle is implanted so that the needle grip is overlapped on the narrow straight line drawn with laser, the longitudinal cross-section of the needle can be drawn. The technique of drawing a long axis image of the needle is improved by implanting the needle so that the needle grip is overlapped on the narrow straight line drawn with the laser.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】医療用超音波診断装置を用い、血管留置針やブロック針の長軸断面を容易に描出する装置を提供する。【解決手段】医療用超音波診断装置のプローブに直線を描くレーザー照射装置10を取り付け、超音波プローブ側面正中線上かつ超音波プローブ側面の正中を結ぶ延長線上にレーザー照射によって描かれる直線を重ねるようにセットする。針の刺入位置は超音波プローブ側面の正中線上でプローブに近いところである。レーザーで描く細い直線上に針の柄が重なるように針を刺入すると、針の長軸断面を描出することができる仕組みである。レーザーで描く細い直線に針の柄が重なるように刺入することで針の長軸像を描出する技術が向上することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
