The device (10) has a flat chip partially coated on one of its surfaces with an adhesive. The chip is made of a multilayer material. The multilayer material has a layer made of synthetic material and formed of a surface coated with the adhesive. Another layer made of synthetic material has a surface stuck on another surface of the former synthetic material layer by a glue, and another surface adapted to be in contact with the patient, where the synthetic material is non porous material. An indication is printed on the latter surface of the former layer.
