PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitter and a tube for drip irrigation having the emitter which are capable of stabilizing a discharge amount of irrigation liquid, and further reduction of a cost related to manufacturing.SOLUTION: An emitter 120 has: an emitter body 200 constituted of a resin molding having at least a recess and a through-hole； and a film 300 having flexibility which is connected to at least one surface of the emitter body 200, and forms a flow channel by closing at least a part of the recess and an opening of the through-hole, and is arranged in a tube 110. The emitter 120 has a discharge amount adjusting part for adjusting a flow rate corresponding to water pressure in the tube 110. In the discharge amount adjusting part, when the pressure of the irrigation liquid in the tube 110 is the set value or more, the film 300 bends to make a flow channel of the liquid narrower to reduce a flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
