The present invention relates to an insect-proof LED lamp, which improves an insect-proof effect by emitting optimized light for insect prevention, and a mosquito prevention lighting device which improves a cattle shed environment by emitting an equal amount of light everywhere at an effective illumination for mosquito prevention by using the insect-proof LED lamp. As light of an LED (141), which is emitted at a dominant wavelength within an insect-proof wavelength band, gets farther from the LED, a reflecting mirror (142) makes the light wider and narrows the spectral line half-width to reduce the gap between the dominant wavelength and peak wavelength as well as variations between the dominant wavelength and peak wavelength caused by output changes of the LED (141), and the light is emitted to the outside through a light diffusing globe (120), which is coated to maximize the penetration ratio of the dominant wavelength, and the light is emitted uniformly through the facility considering the luminous flux of the lamp, installation interval of the lamp, and its height, and thus, the present invention is capable of effectively eradicating mosquitos.본 발명은 해충이 기피하는 최적의 빛을 조사하여 해충 기피 효과를 향상시킨 해충 기피 엘이디 램프와, 이러한 해충 기피 엘이디 램프를 이용하여 축사의 모기를 효과적으로 퇴치할 수 있는 조도로 구석구석 균일하게 조명함으로써, 축사 사육 환경을 개선하는 축사 사육 환경 개선을 위한 모기 퇴치 방역 조명장치에 관한 것으로서, 해충 기피 파장 대역에 속한 주파장의 빛을 발산하는 엘이디(141)의 빛을 엘이디(141)로부터 멀어질수록 점차 벌어지게 형성한 반사경(142)으로 분광 반치폭을 좁혀 주파장과 피크파장 사이의 차이를 줄일 뿐만 아니라 엘이디(141)의 출력 변화에 따른 주파장과 피크파장의 변동도 줄이며, 주파장의 투과율을 최대화하게 코팅한 광확산 글로브(120)를 통해 외부로 조사되게 하고, 램프의 광속, 램프의 설치 간격 및 높이를 고려하여 축사를 균일하게 조명함으로써, 모기를 효과적으로 퇴치한다.
