PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe constituted so as not to damage the skin of a probe attachment region.SOLUTION: The probe includes an emission part for emitting light to bio-tissue, a light receiving part for receiving the light emitted from the emission part to transmit through the bio tissue, an attachment band, to which the emission part and the light receiving part are attached and which has one of the hook portion and loop portion of a sheet fastener provided to a part of one surface thereof and has one of the hook portion and loop portion of the sheet fastener provided to a part of the other surface thereof and is wound around the bio-tissue to be engaged with the hook portion and loop portion of the sheet fastener to be thereby attached on the bio-tissue and the compressible member attached to the surface opposed to the bio-tissue of the attachment band and coming into contact with the bio-tissue when the attachment band is attached on the bio-tissue.
