According to the present invention, the smart care wrist-wearable device and the healthcare system using the same conveniently and easily check a health condition by sweat component detection by an infrared sensor, have a display simply expressed by outputting information, a value, or a color to simplify a structure, improve durability, and promote an increase in device stability, and simultaneously perform bioinformation detection and bio-stimulation in accordance with a health condition to allow three-dimensional healthcare and improve functionality. A biosignal such a pulse, a sweat component, and a body temperature is detected by a small device such as a wrist watch and a bracelet. Precise health condition diagnosis and health condition determination by bioinformation analysis are performed by a healthcare application installed in a smart device such as a smartphone and a smart care comprehensive management network server to which a manager of a doctor hospital connects to simplify a structure of a smart care device to facilitate manufacture of the smart care device to commercialize the smart care device.
