Ultrasound images are captured and streamed to a consulting physician and reviewed by the physician in real time. In an embodiment, output of an ultrasound machine is sent to a transcoder, which sends the images to a livestreaming service. A live stream of the images is then sent to the physician, who may view the images in real time and provide feedback in real time is desired.
