Specifically, the composition contains a surfactant, oil and a thickening agent and has a milky white milky form in the form of an emulsion foam to ensure the stability of formulation and is more convenient with no need for double cleansing as it is possible to wash face in an aqueous manner with bubbles, and cleansing is possible because of excellent cleansing effect.본 발명은 고함량의 오일을 함유한 에멀젼 폼 타입 클렌징용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고함량의 오일을 함유한 에멀젼 폼 타입 클렌징용 화장료 조성물은 오일을 20 내지 50중량부의 고함량으로 포함하면서 거품 세안이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다. 구체적으로 계면활성제, 오일 및 점증제를 함유하고 에멀젼 폼 형태의 점도 있는 유백색의 성상을 지녀 제형적 안정성을 확보하였으며, 거품으로 수성 세안이 가능하여 이중 세안이 필요치 않아 보다 편리하고, 클렌징 효과가 우수하여 개운한 세안이 가능하다.
