A puncture device (100) having a silencer (13). An end seal element (1) of a sheath canal (102) of the puncture device (100) comprises an upper cover (11), a radial seal assembly (12), the silencer (13), and a lower cover (14). The silencer (13) is an elastic body that can generate elastic deformation, one end of the silencer (13) is mounted on the radial seal assembly (12), and the other end of the silencer (13) is mounted on the lower cover (14). The radial seal assembly (12) is mounted between the upper cover (11) and the lower cover (14). Because the radial seal assembly (12) is supported by the silencer (13), a gap between the upper cover (11) and an upper press plate (12-1) of the radial seal assembly (12) is reduced, and impact sound generated when an operative instrument (103) is retreated outwards is avoided. In addition, when the operative instrument (103) is fed inwards, impact sound generated when the operative instrument (103) is fed inwards is avoided because of a buffering effect of the silencer (13). In this way, when the operative instrument (103) is moved back and forth in the puncture device (100), impact sound cannot be generated, to achieve an objective of silencing.
