The present invention relates to a valve device (1) designed to be implanted in a dysfunctional larynx or in a prosthetic larynx, said device comprising a distal portion forming an annular support structure (3, 3, 3) and a central portion forming an obturator (5, 5), characterized in that said obturator (5, 5) comprises i) a peripheral part forming a first valve (7, 7, 7) integral with the annular support structure (3, 3, 3) in a first hinge region (2, 2), and ii) a central part forming a second valve (9, 9, 9) integral with the first valve in a second hinge region (4, 4).La présente invention consiste en un dispositif à clapets (1) destiné à être implanté au sein dun larynx dysfonctionnel ou dune prothèse artificielle de larynx, ledit dispositif comportant une portion distale formant armature porteuse annulaire (3, 3, 3 ) et une portion centrale formant obturateur (5, 5), caractérisé en ce que ledit obturateur (5, 5) comprend i) une partie périphérique formant un premier clapet (7, 7, 7) solidaire de larmature porteuse annulaire (3, 3, 3) au niveau dune première région charnière (2, 2), et ii) une partie centrale formant un second clapet (9, 9, 9) solidaire du premier clapet au niveau dune seconde région charnière (4, 4).
