The present invention relates to an antibacterial pharmaceutical composition showing activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), wherein the composition contains Phellinus baumii (P.bumii) extract as an active ingredient. Hereupon, the P.bumii extract is co-administered with a beta-lactam antibiotic, and the beta-lactam antibiotic is at least one selected among penicillin, oxacillin, cefazolin, cefepime, piperacillin-tazobactam, and imipenem. According to the present invention, an antibacterial pharmaceutical composition prepared by using the P.bumii extract in combination with beta-lactam antibiotics, can provide a synergistic effect in antibacterial activity against MRSA resistant to beta-lactam antibiotics.본 발명은 메티실린 내성 황색포도알균(MRSA, methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus)에 대한 항균용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상황버섯(P.bumii, Phellinus baumii) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유한다.여기서, 상기 상황버섯 추출물은 베타 락탐계 항생제와 병용 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 상기 베타 락탐계 항생제는 페니실린, 옥사실린, 세포졸린, 세피핌, 피페라실린-타조박탐, 이미페넴 중 적어도 하나 이상으로 마련된다.여기서, 본 발명에 의하면 상황버섯 추출물을 베타 락탐계 항생제와 병용하여 마련되는 항균용 약학적 조성물을 통해 베타 락탐계 항생제에 대해 내성을 갖춘 메티실린 내성 황색포도알균에 대한 항균성의 상승적 효과를 마련할 수 있다.
