PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow needle having sufficient strength and exhibiting high puncture performance, equipment with a needle, and medical equipment.SOLUTION: There is provided a hollow needle 1 in which a needle tip 12 is formed at the leading end of a hollow needle tube 11, and a tip 14 is formed at the most leading end of the needle tip 12. The needle tip 12 includes two or more tip faces 13 that form the tip 14 by intersecting with each other, and two or more flow ports 15 which serve as a gateway for fluid. The respective flow ports 15 are provided to the different tip faces 13, and formed so as to be communicated with the hollow part of the needle tube 11.
