The apparatus includes housing with two adjacent vacuum chambers sharing a common wall between them and an energy delivery surface. A source of negative pressure communicates with the vacuum chambers and alternates the negative pressure between the chambers to effect back and forth massaging movement of skin tissue in parallel to the surface of the skin.
