The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical form comprising an active ingredient-containing core which is surrounded by a coating of a (meth) acrylate copolymer that is resistant to gastric juice and soluble in intestinal juice, wherein there is a separating layer comprising a polymer. A presente invenção refere-se a uma forma farmacêutica compreendendo um núcleo contendo ingrediente ativo que é envolvido por um revestimento de um copolímero de (met) acrilato que é resistente ao suco gástrico e solúvel no suco intestinal, havendo uma camada de separação compreendendo um polímero de formação de película, solúvel em água presente entre o núcleo e a camada de revestimento, caracterizado pelo fato de que a camada de separação tem uma configuração de pelo menos três camadas, com duas camadas do polímero de formação de película, solúvel em água incluindo uma camada com uma substância repelente de água.
