PURPOSE: A steaming device with an undercurrent condensation device is provided to prevent a flying material or the dew condensation which is generated when cooking the food using the steam from scattering to the outside or flowing in the steaming device.CONSTITUTION: A steaming device with an undercurrent condensation device comprises a main body (100), a water supply tank (150), a waste water tank (24), a pumping unit (160), a guide unit (30), a dew condensation passing hole (31), a water receiver (11), and a dew condensation drain hole (12). A control unit is built in the main body and includes a water tank (140) with a heater (130). The water supply tank supplies the water to the water tank and lowers the dew condensation and the waste water tank lowers a flying material. The pumping unit supplies the water to the water tank equipped inside the main body from the water supply tank. The guide unit is formed in a lateral wall shape at the upper end of the main body and prevents the dew condensation and the flying material from scattering to the outside of the main body. The dew condensation passing hole is formed in the upper surface of the main body and guides the water generated by the dew condensation and the flying material to the water receiver. The water receiver is equipped on the upper end of the main body and temporarily lowers the water flowing in the dew condensation passing hole.
