The present invention provides a Bifidobacterium longum CGB-C11 (deposition number KCTC 11979BP) strain, which is a strain producing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). The strain of the present invention has excellent CLA production capacity, and strong resistance to acid including gastric acid and bile and an antibiotic.
