A pharmaceutical combination comprising (a) a MEK inhibitor selected from the group consisting of 6-(4-bromo-2-fluorophenylamino)-7-fluoro-3-methyl-3H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (2-hydroxyethoxy)-amide or (S)-5-fluoro-2-(2-fluoro-4-(methylthio)phenylami-N-(2-hydroxypropoxy)-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridine-3-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (b) at least one RAF kinase inhibitor, particularly RAF265 the uses of such combination in the treatment of proliferative diseases and methods of treating a subject suffering from a proliferative disease comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of such combinationLinvention concerne une combinaison pharmaceutique qui comporte (a) un inhibiteur de MEK choisi dans le groupe constitué par (2-hydroxyethoxy)-amide ou 5-fluoro-2-(2-fluoro-4-(méthylthio)phénylamino)-N-(2-hydroxypropoxy)-1-méthyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridine-3-carboxamide dacide 6-(4-bromo-2-fluorophénylamino)-7-fluoro-3-méthyl-3H-benzoimidazole-5- carboxylique ou un sel de qualité pharmaceutique de ceux-ci, et (b) au moins un inhibiteur des kinases RAF, en particulier RAF265. Linvention concerne également les utilisations dune telle combinaison dans le traitement de maladies prolifératives, ainsi que des méthodes de traitement dun sujet souffrant dune maladie proliférative consistant à administrer une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace dune telle combinaison.
