PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device for raising natural turf that is easy to perform mobile work and is hard to form a shadow of support legs.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 raising natural turf includes: a frame 5 having support legs 8 at back and forth and right and left a fixed beam 4 fixed to the frame 5 and a plurality of LED lamps 21 attached to the fixed beam 4 at intervals in the left-right direction. The fixed beam 4 is disposed between front side left and right support legs 8 and rear side left and right support legs 8. An effective light irradiation part 21a of the LED lamp 21 of the fixed beam 4 is positioned lower than the upper end part of each support leg 8. The left side front and rear support legs 8 of the frame 5 are inclined to the left from the upper end part toward the lower end part, and the right side front and rear support legs 8 are inclined to the right from the upper end part toward the lower end part.
