PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculus removal device capable of reliably removing a plurality of calculi and calculus crushed pieces to the outside of the body.SOLUTION: A calculus removal device 10 includes a slide member 11, a pulling tab 12, and a hand operation part 15. The slide member includes a storage part 11a that can store calculi K and an opening 11b that is open and is communicated with the storage part, and has flexibility. The pulling tab connected to the slide member pulls an outer peripheral surface 11c of the slide member while dragging it into the storage part, and moves the calculi and calculus crushed pieces to the storage part from the opening.
