PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcoholic beverage having enhanced drinkability and a method for enhancing drinkability.SOLUTION: A method for enhancing drinkability according to the present invention enhances the drinkability of a non-alcoholic beverage containing indigestible dextrin. The non-alcoholic beverage is a beer-taste beverage. The non-alcoholic beverage contains 3.00 w/v% or less of the indigestible dextrin, and caramel is contained in the non-alcoholic beverage so that the ratio of the content of the caramel to the content of the indigestible dextrin (the content of the caramel/the content of the indigestible dextrin) is 0.003-0.150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
