The culture medium of each subsequent culture cycle is a conditioned medium obtained in the previous cultivation cycle. The composition includes growth factors with a molecular weight of 6 kDa to 80 kDa, biologically active compounds based on cytokines with a molecular weight of 5 kDa to 50 kDa, low molecular weight peptides with length of 20 to 140 amino acid residues and steroid hormones with a molecular weight of 280 Da up to 370 Da.
