The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating breast cancer, which comprises Cudratricusxanthone A (CTXA) as an active ingredient. More particularly, it is found that, in breast cancer cells treated with Cudratricusxanthone A (CTXA), apoptosis of breast cancer cells is increased in a manner dependent on the concentration of Cudratricusxanthone A and transfer and infiltration of breast cancer cells are inhibited effectively.
