PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic apparatus for grasping a position of an eye to be tested relative to a set regulation position.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic apparatus includes an eye test part movable back and forth relative to the eye to be tested and tests or measures the eye to be tested and a display part 10 for displaying an anterior eye part of the eye to be tested, and arbitrarily sets a regulation position for prohibiting a forward movement to the eye test part within a movable range of the eye test part in the back and forth direction.
