PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an intraocular lens for facilitating fine surface-roughening processing on a part of a surface of an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a foldable intraocular lens for integrally forming an optical part and a supporting part with a soft acrylic base material having adherence includes a first cutting process for forming at least a part of a surface of the supporting part or the optical part in the form of a pearskin finish by cutting processing by a first cutting member. In addition, in the first cutting process, combinations of values of three conditions to form the pearskin finish are set by considering at least three conditions including a curvature radius of a blade edge of the first cutting member, a rotating speed of a rotating table for rotating the soft acrylic base, and a feeding speed of the first cutting member relative to the rotating table, and the cutting processing is performed based on the values of three conditions which have been set.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 眼内レンズの表面の一部に微細な粗面加工を容易に施すことができる眼内レンズの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 粘着性を有する軟性アクリル基材により光学部と支持部とが一体的に形成される折り畳み可能な眼内レンズの製造方法は、支持部又は光学部の少なくとも一部の表面を第1切削部材による切削加工により梨地状に形成する第1切削工程を含む。また、第1切削工程は第1切削部材の刃先の曲率半径と、軟性アクリル基台を回転させるための回転台の回転速度と、回転台に対する第1切削部材の送り速度と、の少なくとも3つの条件を考慮して梨地状に形成することができる3条件値の組み合わせを設定し、設定した前記3条件値に基づいて切削加工を行う。【選択図】 図2
