PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation treatment system which prevents a medical accident such as erroneous irradiation, over irradiation by improving reliability in acknowledgment to generated treatment plan information.SOLUTION: Relative to patient information (the name of a patient) and treatment section and treatment plan information constituting information on the radiation treatment of a subject person, a content to acknowledge is previously set as "work flow information". According to the "work flow information", the treatment plan information is acknowledged. Then, the treatment is implemented by collating by means of a collation means whether the radiation irradiation condition included in the acknowledged treatment plan information is set to the radiation treatment system.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 生成された治療計画情報に対する承認の信頼性を向上させ、結果として誤照射や過照射などの医療事故を防ぐことができる放射線治療システムを提供する。【解決手段】 被検者の放射線治療に関する情報を構成する、患者情報(患者名)、治療部位及び治療計画情報につき、承認する内容を「ワークフロー情報」として予め設定し、この「ワークフロー情報」に従って前記治療計画情報の承認を行う。そして、承認された治療計画情報に含まれる放射線照射条件が放射線治療装置に設定されているかどうか照合手段で照合して治療を実施する。【選択図】 図2
