A single-stage dental implant for guided dental implantology comprises a pin formed by a single piece and having a threaded portion (2), configured to be inserted into a patient's bone, and an extra-mucosal portion (3) arranged at an end of the threaded portion (2). The extra-mucosal portion (3) has a substantially conical portion (6), a support platform (7) placed at the base of and at least partially around the substantially conical portion (6), wherein a threaded hole (9), configured to house a mounting screw (10), is formed in the substantially conical portion (6). The substantially conical portion (6) and the threaded hole (10) have a common axis (X-X) orthogonal to the support platform (7), the threaded portion (2) has a central axis (Y-Y) and the common axis (X-X) is inclined with respect to the central axis (Y-Y).La présente invention concerne un implant dentaire en une étape pour l'implantologie dentaire guidée, comprenant une broche formée d'une seule pièce et possédant une partie filetée (2), conçue pour être insérée dans l'os d'un patient, et une partie extra-muqueuse (3) prévue à une extrémité de la partie filetée (2). La partie extra-muqueuse (3) possède une partie sensiblement conique (6), une plateforme de support (7) placée au niveau de la base de la partie sensiblement conique (6) et entourant au moins partiellement cette partie sensiblement conique, un trou fileté (9) conçu pour loger une vis de montage (10) étant formé dans la partie sensiblement conique (6).
