CONSTITUTION: A producing system for feed using food waste comprises the following: a vehicle(100) collecting the food waste, and inserting into an inlet hopper(110)； a first sorter(120) receiving the food waste from the inlet hopper； a second sorter(130) removing metallic foreign materials from the food waste； a crusher(140) crushing the remaining foreign materials； a grinder(150) crushing the food waste into micro-particles； a mixer(160) mixing the micro-particles with an additive(165)； a molding machine(170) molding the mixture into a feed product； a first drier(180) hot-air drying the feed product for evaporating waste water； a far infrared ray sterilizer(190) sterilizing the dried feed product； a second drier(200) drying the sterilized feed product using cold air； a product grinder(210) transferring the feed product or micro-pulverizing the feed product； a product storage warehouse(220) for storing the feed product； and a product packaging machine(230).본 발명은 가정이나 식당 등에서 배출되는 음식물쓰레기에 함유된 이물질 제거 및 미립자로 분쇄하고 첨가물을 혼합하여 가축이나 애완동물이 섭취할 수 있도록 과립의 사료제품으로 제조한 것으로서, 음식물쓰레기를 생산성을 높인 양질의 사료제품으로 제조하여 수요자들에게 공급하는 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 사료 제조방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 음식물쓰레기에 함유된 이물질을 완전히 제거하여 사료제품을 섭취하는 가축 및 애완동물의 안전과 건강을 도모하고, 또한, 음식물쓰레기를 성형기를 통해 정형화된 사료제품으로 성형시키며, 음식물쓰레기와 가축 및 애완동물이 즐겨 섭취할 수 있으며, 또한 건강에 이로움이 되는 사료를 공급하고, 또한 음식물쓰레기에서 발생하는 폐수를 완벽히 2차에 걸친 건조를 통해 증발 건조되도록 하는 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 사료 제조방법 및 그 시스템을 제공하는 것이다.
