PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod receiving fastener enabled to install an arbitrary place easily with a fishing rod receiving fastener.SOLUTION: A fishing rod receiving fastener comprises a bottom plate 13, a pair of side walls (first side walls 10) and a thread part 20. The paired first side walls 10 are connected at one side to a bottom plate 13 and opposed to each other. The thread part 20 to be threaded into a wooden plate 3 such as a raft is so formed in the bottom plate 13 as to protrude in the direction opposite to the first side walls 10.
