The present invention relates to medicine, in particular to a powder with haemostatic and regenerative properties, intended for the regeneration of teguments, especially those with hair and to a process for the production thereof.The powder, according to the invention, comprises fibrin or thrombin powder, anesthesin, anhydrous magnesium carbonate, lactose, sulfamide and colloidal silver powder coated with polyvinylpyrrolidone.The process, according to the invention, includes mixing of powder components, at the same time mixing with a colloidal silver powder coated with polyvinylpyrrolidone is carried out in a gravitational settling cyclone by spraying in a countercurrent, using as a carrier dehydrated nitrogen.Invenţia se referă la medicină, în particular la o pudră cu capacitate hemostatică şi regenerativă, destinată regenerării tegumentelor, în special a celor piloase şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acesteia.Pudra, conform invenţiei, conţine pulbere de fibrină sau trombină, anestezină, carbonat de magneziu anhidru, lactoză, sulfamidă şi pulbere de argint coloidal peliculizat cu polivinilpirolidonă.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include amestecarea componentelor pudrei, totodată amestecarea cu pulberea de argint coloidal peliculizat cu polivinilpirolidonă se efectuează într-un sistem ciclon de sedimentare gravitaţională prin pulverizare în contracurent, utilizând ca agent de vehiculare azot anhidrizat.Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к пудре с гемостатическими и регенеративными свойствами, предназначенной для регенерации оболочек, особенно имеющих волосяной покров и способу ее получения.Пудра, согласно изобретению, содержит порошок фибрина или тромбина, анестизин, безводный карбонат магния, лактозу, сульфамид и порошок коллоидного серебра, покрытого поливинилпирролидоном.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает смешивание компонентов пудры, при этом смешивание с порошком коллоидного серебра, покрытого поливинилпирролидоном осуществляют в осадительном грав
