A cosmetic composition comprises functional material-incorporating zeolites of which surfaces are treated with compounds represented by the formula(1), wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently hydrogen atom, halogen, hydroxy, C1-C5 alkoxy or alkyl phosphine, C1-C30 alkyl, aralkyl or aryl group, optionally contain non-metal atom or metal atom in the medium or end or an organic functional group in the medium or end; M is an element of Group 13, 14 or 15, or a transition metal element of period 4, 5 or 6; the functional material is antimicrobial material or UV(ultraviolet)-absorbing or UV-reflecting material; and the composition is formulated as solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation or spray.
