A body of hard candy is formed on a tubular stem that extends from a reservoir/handle in which an edible fluid is contained. The outer end of the tubular passageway is open. A cover is provided. It has an open end which engages a base wall and holds the cover to the base wall. The cover includes an end wall which includes a plug which enters into the end of the tubular stem when the cover is installed. When the cover is removed, a consumer may lick the candy and may squeeze the reservoir/handle to express edible fluid out from the reservoir/handle, through the passageway and into the consumers mouth.
