PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shoulder band of a shoulder type working machine, which is capable of easily adjusting the length and reducing the load on a worker when adjusting the length.SOLUTION: The shoulder band of the shoulder type working machine includes a band body 20 born on the workers shoulders and a buckle 11 for adjusting the length of the band body 20. The buckle 11 has an annular frame member 12 and a rod-like member 13 partitioning the inside of the frame member 12. The band body 20 constitutes the shoulder band to be inserted between the frame member 12 and a rod-like member 13. A plurality of scales 16 are provided on the band body 20 and an index 19 to correspond to each of the scales 16 is provided on the frame member 12 of the buckle 11.
