Die Erfindung betrifft ein TTS mit einem Feststoffreservoir. Durch Einlegen eines mit Wirkstoff dotierten Fasermaterials, z.B. eines Vlieses zwischen die auf die Rückschicht aufgebrachte Matrix und die hautseitige Klebematrix wird durch Gleichgewichtsreaktion die Menge des an die Haut abgegebenen Wirkstoffs wieder aus dem Feststoffreservoir nachgelöst. Das Fasermaterial wird vor dem Einlegen zwischen die beiden Matrices mit einer Wirkstofflösung getränkt und getrocknet, wobei dieser Vorgang so lange wiederholt wird, bis die gewünschte, d.h. vorbestimmte, Menge an Wirkstoff auf dem Fasermaterial ist.The invention relates to a TTS with a solids reservoir.
