PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunk orthosis in which a wearer's trunk is fixed to secure a sufficient fixing force at a fractured portion and the wearer's comfort is improved. SOLUTION: A pair of lumbar pads 10 located on both side surfaces of a lumbar region, a chest pad 20 located on the chest, a back holding portion 30 located on the back surface, and a lumbar belt 40 located outside the pair of lumbar pads 10. The lumbar pad 10 covers the upper anterior iliac spine, and the abdominal spacing D1 of the pair of lumbar pads 10 is 1/3 or more of the spacing between the left and right upper anterior iliac spines. The lumbar belt 40 is offset to the opposite side of the wearer on the abdominal side of the portion located between the pair of lumbar pads 10.
