The present invention relates to a rehabilitation device for hands and a virtual reality rehabilitation training system comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rehabilitation device for hands, which is worn on a hand of a patient and moves fingers of the patient, comprises: a ring-shaped support ring respectively worn on a first finger and a second finger among fingers of a patient a driving unit located on the wrist of the patient and controlling the first finger and the second finger and first and second connection cables of which one end is coupled to the support ring respectively worn on the first finger and the second finger to match the first finger and the second finger one by one and the other end is coupled with the driving unit.
