The present invention relates to a size and shape adjustable and movable flowerpot stand. A size and shape adjustable stand according to the present invention comprises: a rod which is a body, a joint part which is integrated with a wheel, and an angle adjusting device. The top end rod and bottom end rod are connected by a joint and are provided to be fixed by an angle adjusting device, and so a model thereof is not in disorder by an external force. Several rods and joints are attached, detached, or assembled to be stored and used. According to the present invention, a size and shape adjustable stand is used for a general medium-large circular and rectangular size of flowerpot, and thus can prevent conventional waste and is not limited to a function of a flowerpot stand.
