A hydraulic cylinder unit (13) is fixed between the outer frame part and the support wheel unit to produce relative movement between them. The hydraulic cylinder unit fixture to either the outer frame part or the support wheel unit is movable between two positions (30,31), one for a work position (30) and one for a transport position (31), for the purpose of making possible relative movement between the outer frame part and the support wheel unit without hydraulic fluid flow in the hydraulic cylinder unit.
