The blood component separator comprises: a main body part which has an upper receiving space, a lower receiving space placed under the upper receiving space, and a passage connecting the upper receiving space and the lower receiving space an upper cover which is coupled to the main body part to be movable up and down on the main body part in order to seal the upper receiving space, and which has an auxiliary cover in order to allow the injection of blood and the discharge of blood components to be performed without confusion and a lower cover which is coupled to the main body part to be movable up and down under the main body part in order to seal the lower receiving space, and which has a packing portion tightly coupled to the lower receiving space.본 발명은 보다 효율적인 혈액성분 분리를 위하여, 상부수용공간과 상기 상부수용공간의 아래에 위치하는 하부수용공간을 가지며 상기 상부수용공간과 상기 하부수용공간을 연결하는 통로가 형성된 본체부 상기 본체부의 위에서 상기 본체부에 진퇴가 가능하게 결합되어 상기 상부수용공간을 밀폐할 수 있고, 혈액의 주입과 혈액성분의 배출을 혼동 없이 수행할 수 있게 하기 위한 보조덮개를 구비한 상부덮개 및 상기 본체부의 아래에서 상기 본체부에 진퇴가 가능하게 결합되어 상기 하부수용공간을 밀폐하며 상기 하부수용공간에 밀착하는 패킹부가 형성된 하부덮개를 포함하는 혈액성분 분리장치를 제공한다.
