PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable treatment instrument management system for surely preventing reuse of a disposable treatment instrument.SOLUTION: A connector part 19 for mounting a scope 11 of an endoscope on a processor device 12 is provided with an IC tag reader 28. An IC tag 27 is embedded in an operation part 26B of a disposable treatment instrument 26 mounted on a forceps channel 25. The IC tag 27 is provided with a used flag. Upon shipping, the used flag is turned to non-use. Before the treatment instrument 26 is used, the operation part 26B is exposed to the IC tag reader 28 and contents of the used flag of the IC tag 27 is read by the IC tag reader 28. After the treatment instrument 26 is used, the operation part 26B is exposed to an IC tag writer 29, and the used flag is raised.
