AQUEOUS-GEL-TYPE TOPICAL COMPOSITIONS IN THE FORM OF A HOMOGENOUS SUSPENSION OF AN ACTIVE PRINCIPLE OF THE CLASS OF RETINOIDS CONTAINING AT LEAST ONE HYDROPHOBIC SILICA
The invention relates to aqueous-gel-type topical compositions in the form of a homogenous suspension of an active principle of the class of retinoids containing at least one hydrophobic silica, said active principle preferably having general formula (I), and more specifically 3"-tert-butyl-4'-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-4"-pyrrolidin-l-yl-[1,1'；3',1"]-terphenyl-4-carboxylic acid. The invention also relates to the preparation mode thereof and to the use of same in the treatment of dermatological conditions.La présente invention porte sur des compositions topiques de type gel aqueux sous forme de suspension homogène d'un principe actif de la classe des rétinoïdes contenant au moins une silice hydrophobe, le principe actif répondant préférentiellement à la formule générale (I), et plus particulièrement à l'acide 3"-tert-butyl-4'-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-4"-pyrrolidin-l-yl-[1,1'；3',1"]-terphenyl-4-carboxylique, sur leur mode de préparation et sur leur utilisation dans le traitement de pathologies dermatologiques.
