The present invention relates to an infiltrating type syringe which includes: a syringe main body having a space part in which a liquid is stored； a hub part penetrated by a needle, having a liquid inflow hole part, and coupled to the syringe main body； and an outer valve part mounted on the hub part and opening and closing the liquid inflow hole part.
