PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser handpiece including a fiber chip, capable of applying laser light to a treatment site at high transmission efficiency on the basis of favorable operability and, regardless of being disposable, capable of increasing the number of usable times.SOLUTION: The laser handpiece includes a fiber chip 21 freely attachable/detachable with respect to a distal end of the laser handpiece itself that emits laser light from a laser light source such as a semiconductor laser or the like. The fiber chip 21 includes: a connector 22, the one end side of which is threadedly connected to a handpiece head part, that fixedly holds one end side of an optical fiber 23 for receiving the laser light exited from the handpiece head part and guiding it outward, and that consists of a sterilizable material； and a canula 41 that is rotatably mounted on the other end side of the connector 22, with it penetrating through a halfway portion of the optical fiber 23, has a bending shape bending the other end side of the optical fiber 23 in a desired direction by rotating operation, and consists of a sterilizable material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
