A living organ transplantation apparatus without using extracorporeal circulation machine and a use method thereof are disclosed. The living organ transplantation apparatus comprises an artificial blood vessel and a tri-connected internal split-flow tube. The artificial blood vessel is provided for being connectively sutured and composed between an upper-end opening and a lower-end opening of inferior vena cava of a transplanted living body which are formed after hepatic resection. The tri-connected internal split-flow tube comprises a first end, a second end and a third end, in which the first end is provided for connecting an opening of portal vein of the transplanted living body after hepatic resection, the second end is penetrated by an upper section of the artificial blood vessel and provided for connecting an upper end of the inferior vena cava of the transplanted living body to form an vein blood flow combination, and the third end is penetrated by a lower section of the artificial blood vessel and provided for connecting a lower end of the inferior vena cava of the transplanted living body to form the vein blood flow combination. Accordingly, with the above-mentioned operations in the disclosed living organ transplantation apparatus without using extracorporeal circulation machine and the use method thereof, the process of transplantation surgery can be simplified to control an inferior vena cava blocking time in thirty minutes for increasing the surgery survival rate, so as to reduce the consumption of medical facilities and decrease the number of attendants and the time to be spent in the surgery thereby achieving multiple progressiveness.一種無使用體外循環機之活體器官移植設備及其使用方法,包括一人工血管,在提供於一移植活體的下腔靜脈在切除肝臟後形成的上端開口與下端開口之間進行縫合銜接組成;以及一呈三端連通的體內分流管,其第一端提供該移植活體的門靜脈在切除肝臟後形成的開口銜接,其第二端提供由人工血管上段穿入而與該移植活體的下腔靜脈上端組成銜接靜脈血流的結合,其第三端提供由人工血管下段穿入而與該移植活體的下腔靜脈下端組成銜接靜脈血流的結合;藉此操作將手術規模簡化,而使門靜脈阻斷時間壓縮在三十分鐘內以提高手術存活率,據以減少醫療設備的耗用,並減少參與手術的人手與耗用時間,具多重進步性者。30‧‧‧人工血管40‧‧‧體內分流管41‧‧‧第一端42‧‧‧第二端43‧‧‧第三端50‧
