PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved technique related to measurement of a crown-rump length of an unborn child on the basis of an ultrasonic image.SOLUTION: A uterus region setting part 40 sets a uterus region in a tomographic image on the basis of the shape of an image of amniotic fluid in the tomographic image. A contraction processing part 50 obtains a contraction image of an unborn child included in a real tissue by performing contraction processing on an image of the real tissue different from the amniotic fluid in the images of the uterus region. A measurement processing part 60 specifies the longitudinal direction of the unborn child on the basis of the contraction image of the unborn child and sets a reference line in the longitudinal direction as the reference in measurement of the crown-rump length of the unborn child.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波画像に基づいた胎児の頭臀長の計測に係る改良技術を提供する。【解決手段】子宮領域設定部40は、断層画像内における羊水の画像の形状に基づいて、その断層画像内に子宮領域を設定する。収縮処理部50は、子宮領域内の画像のうち羊水とは異なる実組織の画像を収縮処理することにより、その実組織に含まれる胎児の収縮画像を得る。そして、計測処理部60は、胎児の収縮画像に基づいて、その胎児の長手方向を特定することにより、その胎児の頭臀長の計測における基準として、長手方向の基準ラインを設定する。【選択図】図1
