Since the process of spreading fish cakes by manual labor is omitted, production efficiency is increased and labor costs are reduced, resulting in economic effects.본 고안은 냉각기 제품 구김 방지용 슈트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 어묵의 생산과정 중 어묵을 냉각하는 과정에서 납작한 어묵이 다수 층으로 형성된 그물형 벨트 위에 얹혀 이송될 때에 상층에서 그 다음 층으로 이송될 때에 어묵이 접히게 되는 경우를 방지하기 위해 각 층의 진행방향 끝에 구김 방지용 슈트를 설치하여 제품이 구김 없이 생산되도록 한 것으로 구김 방지용 슈트를 따라 구김 없이 어묵이 생산되어 양질의 제품을 생산할 수 있으며, 기존의 수작업으로 일일이 어묵을 펴던 공정이 생략되므로 생산효율이 높아지며 그에 따른 인건비도 절감되어 경제적인 효과가 있는 것이다.
