The present invention relates to a combined cupping cup of which the opened portion adheres to a skin to generate a negative pressure in the cupping cup in order to extract an impure body fluid such as extravasated blood. The cupping cup (100) comprises: an upper cup (10) made from polycarbonate, having a cup-shaped body (11) of which the upper side is closed, the lower side is opened, and one side has a vacuum inlet (11a), and having an LED module (12) detachably installed therein and having multiple far-infrared LED elements for thermotherapy using the radiation of far-infrared rays and a lower cup (20) made from polycarbonate, and having a body (21) of which the upper side has a coupling protrusion (21a) to be coupled to the opened lower side of the upper cup (10) and the opposite side of the side with the coupling protrusion (21a) has an absorbing part (22) to adhere to the skin. According to the present invention, the cupping cup as a combination of the upper and the lower cup made from the polycarbonate is capable of filtering out dead skin cells and foreign matters when generating the negative pressure using a filter applied to the lower cup, thereby enabling separate, hygienic use of the lower cup without contaminating the used upper cup including the LED module. In addition, the cupping cup is capable of reliving the pain of an affected area and facilitating a metabolism by the radiation of the far-infrared rays depending on the usage of the far-infrared LED module.
