A magnetic resonance imaging device allowing favorable access of an operator to a subject at the time of imaging is provided. The magnetic resonance imaging device of the present invention comprises a gantry 100 and a bed part 200 comprising a top panel 201, the gantry 100 comprises a circumferential panel 120 covering outer circumference of a tunnel-shaped static magnetic field space, and a front panel 110 having an opening serving as entrance of a bore 101 for the static magnetic field space, this front panel 110 comprises an arc-shaped outer panel 111 extending from an upper part of the opening serving as entrance of the bore 101 to the ground plane via both sides of the opening, and an inner panel disposed inside the outer panel 111, a portion connecting the outer panel and the inner panel constitutes a top surface 102 protruding forwardly, and the inner panel 112 is formed in a recessed shape with a concave curved surface extending from the top surface to the opening serving as entrance of the bore 101.
