PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glypican antibody having high antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxic activity (ADCC) and complement dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).SOLUTION: The antibody includes a region including a heavy chain and light chain variable regions having specific sequence binding to a specific region of glypican 3 (GPC3), as well as a humanized antibody created based on that antibody. The anti-GPC3 antibody has higher ADCC activity and CDC activity compared with those of a conventional antibody.
